Event Terms & Conditions
By registering to an ISC2 Israel Chapter (”ISC2 IL”, “we”, or “our”) event or any other co-hosted or any other event related to ISC2 IL or this event or attending the event or purchasing a ticket for the event (herein: participant), or otherwise taking part in the event as an organizer/staff/speaker/host/venue/location, you freely and irrevocably agree to the following:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The event agenda, schedule, content, and speakers are subject to change without prior notice.
All participants are required to hold and present their tickets for event entry.
No children or animals are allowed.
The documents in this website, and those referred/linked to from it, constitute the organizations regulations and you agree to them.
The default event content classification is:
TLP:GREEN TLP:EX:CHR
Chatham House Rule (CHR): Participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s) nor that of any other participant may be revealed (without explicit consent). Content (such as, but not limited to: PDFs, photography, and audio/video recording) created and shared by the speaker (for their content only) or the event organizer/staff (for any content) is not subject to CHR unless otherwise noted.
Except for the event organizers/staff: Transmission, communication, recording, digitizing, transcribing, and translating, including but not limited to photography, audio, and video recording, are prohibited while in the event location (aka venue/host).
You must follow the guidance and instructions provided at the event or pertaining to the event by the event organizers/staff.
You must follow the host location's guidance and instructions.
Failure to abide by these terms & conditions may result in one or more of the following: removal of the CHR clause of/on/about you, ejection from the event without reimbursement, barring from ISC2 / ISC2 IL and/or partner organization events, ethics complaint to an organization or group (such as ISC2), complaint to the organization you work for, legal action. You agree that any such action will not be deemed a violation of any privacy law or other law pertaining to defamation.
Purchase of a ticket labeled for a certain target audience you do not belong to, at the sole discretion of the event organizer/staff, may result in voiding your ticket without refund, as the cost covers the back office and other organizational and technical costs. Contact Erez on Signal (username: Code4.04) prior to purchase if you want to make sure your ticket won't be voided after purchase due to this clause.
Any dispute or disagreement or other legal topic/manner pertaining (directly or indirectly) to the event or these terms & conditions or the organizers or staff or speakers or participants or venue or host: will be handled according to this arbitration agreement and jurisdiction is given exclusively and irrevocably according to the arbitration contract.
A voided ticket or cancelled ticket or cancelled event or postponed event does not withdraw or otherwise void these terms & conditions.
Arbitration
At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from this document or other legal documents (such as policies) or the Website, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration under the Arbitration Agreement. You have read and irrevocably agree that any dispute or disagreement or other legal topic/manner pertaining (directly or indirectly) to the document will be handled according to the Arbitration Agreement and jurisdiction is given exclusively and irrevocably according to the arbitration contract.
