Additional Policies
Powers The President and Vice President (”VP”), herein: “Management”, shall posses the powers of secretary, finance, membership, and all other officers / staff (herein: staff). The President and Vice President have the same authority, capabilities, and powers.
Act on Behalf of ISC2 Israel Chapter Only Management have the authority to sign on behalf of / bind ISC2 Israel Chapter.
Communications with ISC2 Only Management have the authority to communicate with ISC2 on official chapter business, including but not limited to: Changing chapter details, changing officers/staff, CPE reporting.
Veto Management have the authority to veto all other staff as well as each other.
Management Notification & Agreement Management MUST CC (carbon copy) each other on any change to chapter details, changing officers/staff. Addition/Change to Management (persons, positions, offices, and anything else directly or indirectly related to those) must be positively agreed by all Management.
Legal (e.g. Policies, Rules, Guidelines, Procedures, Notices, Terms) Only the VP is authorized to create, update, and manage these.
